OLM InvestorHub is a lead management system that integrates with OLM Deaflow. OLM InvestorHub makes lead list creation through marketing execution a breeze, while OLM DealFlow takes over from the time of seller contact through to the closing of the deal. 

Once you are in contact with a lead through OLM DealFlow, this integration will automatically update the status of the lead in OLM InvestorHub, keeping both programs in sync.   

Here is how the integrations work:

  • OLM DealFlow status = 'Dead Lead': This will update the lead in OLM InvestorHub to a status of Do Not Contact and move it to your Removed Leads page. The lead will be removed from future marketing activities.
  • OLM DealFlow status = 'Add Back to Marketing': This will update the lead in OLM InvestorHub to a status of Active and move it back to your Leads page. The lead will be added back on to future marketing activities.
  • Any other OLM DealFlow status: This will update the lead in OLM InvestorHub to a status of Working Lead and move it to your Removed Leads page. The lead will be removed from future marketing activities.


If you have an OLM InvestorHub subscription, connect your system by navigating to the Integrations tab in OLM InvestorHub, and COPY the API Key.


Then, go into your OLM DealFlow account and navigate to the Settings app. Scroll down to the field called API Key(InvestorHub). Paste your API Key in the appropriate field. Your accounts are now connected.
