Placeholders are used to populate specific information within emails and SMS. Placeholders are primarily utilized in the Email Blast and Follow Up Messages apps. Placeholders will not work when sending emails through the comments section on the Seller Leads and Buyers/Investors apps. 


For emails through the Email Blast and Follow Up Messages apps, use the following placeholders:

  • [fname] = seller's or buyer's first name
  • [companyname] = Company name from the settings app
  • [emailsignature] = Email signature from the settings app
  • [propertyaddress] = Address of property from seller lead

Once the email is sent, all placeholders will be replaced with the corresponding information based on the buyer's name, company name, and email signature. See below:




For SMS through the Follow Up Messages app, use the following placeholders:

  • [fname] = seller's or buyer's first name
  • [propertyaddress] = Address of property from seller lead
