Direct Mail items should always be associated with a Marketing Campaign. To learn more about Marketing Campaigns, refer to managing marketing campaigns.

To create a new direct mail campaign, click the Add Direct Mail button.

 

Complete the form with necessary information. 



Mailer Name: Enter the name of the direct mail. Best practice is to use "List types - Date of mailing - Drop X of X"


Example: Absentee - 3/31/20 - Drop 1 of 3


Campaign: Select the associated Marketing Campaign for this Direct Mail item. Click the field to select a Marketing Campaign from the dropdown.


Mailpiece: Select the type of mailpiece. Visit https://openlettermarketing.com/ for examples. 


Mailer Drop Date: This is the date of the mail drop. 


# of Leads: Enter the number of leads you are mailing to. This amount will be pushed up to the # of Leads field for the associated Marketing Campaigns.


Mailer Cost: Enter the total cost of your mailing. This amount will be pushed up to the Marketing Cost ($) field for the associated Marketing Campaigns.


When the form is complete, click the Save Direct Mail button to save.
