CallRail is one of the most widely used call forwarding systems within the real estate investor space for its functionality and reporting. For that reason, OLM DeaFlow allows for integration directly with your CallRail account to capture all calls and SMS. To configure CallRail settings in OLM DealFlow, navigate to the Settings app and click on the record with your company name. Once in the record, scroll down to view the three fields that include CallRail in the name.
Login to your CallRail account.
Once logged in, click the initials on the top left menu icon to open the My Account panel. Your account number is the nine-digit number displayed on the popout menu. Copy the number.
Once copied, go back to your company record in the Settings App and paste it into the Account ID(CallRail) field in the settings app.
Within your CallRail account, click the initials on the top left menu icon to open the My Account panel. Click My Profile. From there, select API Keys.
Click on Create API V3 Key to generate a new API Key. Copy the key and paste it into the API Token(CallRail) field in the settings app.
Within your CallRail account, click the initials on the top left menu icon to open the My Account panel. Then click Account Settings.
Select Integration Keys.
Copy the Company ID from the table and paste it into the Company ID(CallRail) field in the Settings app.
Next, scroll down to the CallRail Webhooks section in the Settings app. CallRail Webhooks give Podio additional functionality with call status and messaging. Enter these webhooks in your CallRail system by following these steps:
To integrate Podio webhooks into CallRail, go to the Settings page in CallRail and select your company, if applicable. Scroll down to Webhooks and click configure.
In webhooks, copy the links from Podio's webhook fields and paste them into the CallRail Webhooks section to the corresponding field. Make sure webhook integration is set to Active, as shown at the top of the page. When all webhooks have been added, click the Update button at the bottom of the webhooks page to save them.
Congratulations! CallRail has now been integrated and is ready to use.
