The In/Out Calls app works once CallRail is integrated into your system (refer to Setting up your CallRail integration to do this). This app automatically captures all incoming and outgoing calls that are triggered/received through CallRail. Be sure that Call Tracking is selected for CallRail phone numbers in order to track SMS and calls.

As a user, you will not need to edit this app but you can use it to review all call history.

On the left-hand side, there are various views that offer a high-level view of pertinent data such as calls categorized by call status, type, and outbound call answered. Additional views may be created by the user. For guidance on creating new views, refer to Podio support.

Click on a Call item, and the record will appear with the call details.

Name: The Caller ID will go here. If there is no name associated with a number, it may be filled in with a location instead. ie.) Woburn, MA

Inbound Call Status: There are several different statuses for inbound calls.

Pre Call - As a call comes into CallRail, it is automatically entered as a Pre Call. Once a call is answered or dropped, the status of the call will change. Sometimes calls will remain in Pre Call status if CallRail does not register the call as answered or dropped.

Listen to Recording:  All successful calls, whether answered or sent to voicemail, will have a recording attachment. Click on the link to listen to the recording.

At the bottom of every Call record, Related Items will display the seller lead record. Clicking on the seller lead will take you to the seller lead record.

If a new phone number calls into the system, a new seller lead will be created automatically. However, if a call comes in using a phone number that is already associated with a seller lead, the call record will be automatically attached to the seller lead.
