Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) reflect the most important stats across your system. Monitor your KPI's in the activity app on the right column. There are 14 default KPI's included with your OLM DealFlow system. Click on any KPI, to be taken to the app with the data. 


Below is a list of the default KPI's:

1. Monthly Revenue ($) - Calculated from the Deals app as follows:


2. Monthly Marketing ROI's ($) (return on investments) - Calculated from the Seller Leads app as follows:



3. Monthly Marketing Spend ($) - Calculated from the Marketing Campaigns app as follows:



4. Profit by Marketing Channel ($) - Calculated from the Marketing Campaigns app as follows:


5. Avg Cost per Contract ($) - Calculated from the Marketing Campaigns app as follows:


6. Avg Cost per Appointment ($) - Calculated from the Marketing Campaigns app as follows:



7. Avg Deal Profit ($) - Calculated from the Deals app as follows:



8. Avg Cost per Response ($) - Calculated from the Marketing Campaigns app as follows:



9. Lead Status - Calculated from the Seller Leads app as follows:



10. Monthly Deals Closed - Calculated from the Deals app as follows:



11. Monthly Lead Count - Calculated from the Seller Leads app as follows:



12. Weekly Lead Count - Calculated from the Seller Leads app as follows:

13. Monthly Appointments - Calculated from the Appointments app as follows:



14. Weekly Appointments - Calculated from the Appointments app as follows:



Below is a view of KPI's as they are displayed on the activity app. 



KPI's may be reorganized on the activity screen by hovering over the titles of a KPI until your mouse changes to the move icon. Click to drag and drop a KPI to a different location.



The size of the KPI box may also be changed by hovering over the edge of a KPI box until your mouse changes to the resize icon. Click to drag and resize the KPI box.
